Famooshed

Reconnecting people with local food through a warmer, more contemporary marketplace brand.

Famooshed

I helped shape the visual identity for Famooshed, a UK marketplace designed to connect independent food producers with customers in their local communities.

The identity brought together logo, typography, color, imagery and digital applications to create a brand that felt fresh and contemporary without losing the warmth, authenticity and personality associated with independent producers and local food.

Challenge

Famooshed needed to speak to two very different audiences at the same time: producers looking for a better way to reach local customers, and consumers looking for a simpler way to discover and buy quality food nearby.

The challenge was to create a digital-first identity that felt modern enough for an online marketplace while avoiding the impersonal language of conventional grocery and delivery platforms.

The brand also needed enough flexibility to work across commerce, producer storytelling, social content and broader marketing communications.

Contribution

I developed a flexible visual system across identity, typography, color, imagery and campaign applications, establishing a consistent foundation for both the consumer and producer sides of the marketplace.

The system was extended across digital experiences, social content, marketing assets and brand communications, using approachable visuals and a more human tone to position Famooshed as a modern local-commerce platform rather than simply another grocery-delivery service.

The result was a brand designed to make local food feel more accessible, discoverable and connected to the people behind it.
