Vertical Future
Vertical Future operates at the intersection of agriculture, science, and technology. I created an end-to-end visual identity and digital system designed to communicate that balance, combining the organic complexity of nature with the precision of controlled-environment agriculture.
Challenge
The brand needed to move beyond the familiar visual language of sustainability and farming. Vertical Future was a technology company as much as an agricultural one, so the identity had to communicate innovation, scientific credibility, and global ambition while still feeling connected to the natural world.
It also needed to work consistently across a growing ecosystem of touchpoints, from corporate communications and brand materials to the website and digital experiences.
My Contribution
I developed the identity from foundation through rollout, including the logo system, typography, color palette, imagery, graphic language, brand guidelines, website, and supporting applications.
The visual system combines precise typography and structured layouts with highly detailed macro photography and circular image treatments inspired by natural forms. This created a distinctive contrast between technology and nature that could scale across both digital and physical applications.
The result was a cohesive brand and digital presence that positioned Vertical Future as a forward-looking agricultural technology company rather than simply a vertical farming business.
